Conference, Anytime, Anywhere
I work in an international company and we used to have conference these days more often. This is because of the plans of the management that are needed to be implemented as soon as possible. They need the feedbacks of their employees as well as the clients for the new policies. Everytime we have a conference, we are conducting them in different countries and every branch should have at least two representatives. Doing this more often, the company is spending more money which are not really included in the budget.
On the last conference we had, I was one of the representative of our branch office and we discussed another thing to save the company’s budget for conducting conferences. The speaker told us that we are going to have video conferencing on the next conferences. He told us that the International Video Conferencing, Inc. will be our service provider and this move will save us lots of money on our company’s budget. The management already discussed about it and they all agreed with that. So by next week, we can have our conferences anytime and anywhere without spending that much.
